BRIEF

La Grande Epicerie is the French food emporium belonging to Le Bon Marché, the historical department store. Icon of french Gastronomy, it is housed in the heart of Saint Germain des Prés neighbourhood in Paris. It curates exceptional products. Strolling its aisle is a unique gourmet experience.

La Grande épicerie wants to become a priviledged living place, as the Bon Marché is. In order to do that, It wants to redefine its identity through its Wine Cellar as an opening to « multi-sensorialism »

To answer Le Bon Marché’s request, we redefined and created its wine cellar’s concept based on HAZYNESS. Common ground between wine and art through a manifesto celebrating « multi-sensorialism ».

This project was directed as a graduation project at Intuit.lab in collaboration with Chloé Court and Franck Vadenne
