Her is a book based on the movie Her, directed by Spike Jonze. The film follows Theodore Twombly , a man who develops a relationship with Samantha, an intelligent computer operating system personified through a female voice. It is a book comprised of 14 booklets, trying to embody the immaterial character Samantha with a visual interpretation of the scenes in the movie.
An experimental book to embody the bodyless idea of a sentient being based on a movie.
Each booklet has a cover picture and illustrations in the central pages interpreting the movie scene. Only Samantha’s sentences are in the Book. And each one of them occupies a page of their own to give a body to the artificial intelligence.
